Description
Created especially for PLM Railways, this 1905 Chamonix tourist advertisement comes back to life in the form of a vintage metal sign. It is the creation of Abel Faivre, a French artist from Paris mainly famous for his newspaper illustrations. We see a skier calmly descending the slopes of Brévent. We notice that she barely glances at the slope, which nevertheless slopes steeply. As we can see, she demonstrates elegance in contrast to caution.
